thoughts and predictions – the office s4

September 28, 2007

- Jan Levinson Gould is really growing on me.

- The new Pammy is not.

- Was it just me, or did people seem a bit out of character last night? Since when is Stanley the first person to volunteer any information to Michael? And what’s up with Angela all of a sudden talking to Pam about Dwight? Talking about him by name, I mean.

- I had no idea that nipple chafing was such an epidemic.

- Every current romance seems to be doomed. As soon as Pam made Jim carry the lamp, I caught the first whiff of Jim’s disillusionment. I’m guessing that his vision of Pam as an unrequited love and the reality of Pam in a relationship may not turn out to be one and the same.

- Angela’s going to dump Dwight for Andy. Maybe. Dwight’s screwed, either way. But Andy was being sympathetic when Dwight was being pragmatic…that might be huge. It might be nothing. But it might be huge.

- Jan and Michael must prevail. Together they are comic genius.

- Was anybody really surprised that Creed was a cult leader?

- I want a rabies quilt.

  1. A rabies quilt is going to the top of my list of reasons to learn how to quilt.

And I might consider joining a cult if Creed was the leader. But probably not.

  2. I’m a little scared of water today.

  3. NBC is selling the fun run shirts. I want one.

  4. Poor Sprinkles. :)

  5. Felt a bit thin in spots….there were some hysterical points but there were some deadspots…..

I called that Dwight had put the cat in the freezer long before that was revealed…

  6. This is great. Thanks for this.

  7. Not only do I want a rabies quilt, I laughed really hard at Michael screaming about the squirrels are happy because they are insane.
    And, the bleeding nipples.
    Yes, brilliant.

  8. I work with the gal who designed and made the rabies quilt. (We work in a quilt shop in So Cal) She worked really hard on it. It was sooo clever and funny! The Office is such a great show, and she said everyone there was really nice to work with. =)
